1. Non-Refundable Digital Goods

Since our PHP/Python scripts, modules, and API integrations are downloadable digital items, we do not support refund requests after code package delivery has been verified inside your dashboard.

2. License Lockouts

If a user's license has been suspended due to debugging attempts, reverse-engineering actions, or server IP lockout violations, they are entirely ineligible to submit any reimbursement requests.
